Where’s my order?

Your order goes through the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation and Delivery Status Notification.

1. Order Confirmation 2. Shipment Confirmation 3. Order Delivered

How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 – 7 business days.It takes 1 – 2 days to ship your order to our warehouse, put your name and address on it and ship out.
  • Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 2 – 25 business days (depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
  • Shipping Cost:
    • Standard shipping: $6.95.

    Tracking

    Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.

    Return & Exchange Policy:

    Currently there is NO return policy for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We only accept returns or exchanges for the item you purchased is defective within 30 days of the date of delivery. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy).
